Lahore is a city that has been making beautiful things for a very long time. Rukuh was started in 2025 to say that louder.

The Beginning

Rukuh was founded by Ruqia Bakht. The idea was simple: Pakistani craftsmanship is world-class, and the world should know it. Not as a curiosity. As a fact.

The name carries Ruqia's name inside it. This is a house built by a woman, for women. And it is built in Lahore, because that is where the artisans are.

The Series System

Rukuh does not release products. It releases series. Each series is its own world. AURA is purple and presence. HER is lavender and softness. DRIP is amber and gold. SHE ATE is garnet and power. NOIR is black and command.

The series name lives on the front. The house name lives on the lining. The bag announces itself. The house signs it quietly.

What We Are Building

We are building a fashion house. Not a boutique. Not a brand. A house with a point of view, a founding story, and an intention to last. We are starting with bags. We will not end there.
