What are your bags made from?

High-grade vegan leather — durable, structured, and cruelty-free. All hardware is zinc alloy or brass-tone. Built to last, not just look good on day one.

How long does delivery take?

1–2 business days to process, then 3–5 business days for delivery across Pakistan. Most orders arrive in 3 days.

Is COD available?

Yes — cash on delivery is available nationwide. A quick confirmation call may happen before dispatch to verify the order.

What's your return policy?

7-day returns from the day you receive your order. Item must be unused, in original condition with tags. Drop us a message to start a return — we keep it simple.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on all orders over Rs 5,000. Flat rate Rs 250 under that threshold.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — Pakistan only for now. International shipping is coming. Sign up to the newsletter to hear first.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
