By placing an order with Rukuh, you agree to these terms.

Made-to-Order

All Rukuh bags are made to order. Production takes 14-21 days before shipping. Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins (within 24 hours of placement).

Pricing

Prices are listed in PKR with USD equivalents. Prices are subject to change. The price at time of order is the price you pay.

Returns

We do not accept returns on made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site including design, photography, copy, and the Rukuh brand name is the property of Rukuh. Do not reproduce without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
